23/10 : Scottish Parliament Petition to Introduce an Environmental Levy on Plastic Bags
I have submitted a petition calling on the Scottish Parliament to consider and debate the re-introduction of the Environmental Levy on Plastic Bags (Scotland) Bill. The bill was previously withdrawn but warrants more debate. The Scottish Parliament's Petition Committee has published the petition on their website and the link is:

It is now collecting signatures so please visit the link and sign it! I should stress that you do not need to be Scottish to sign it. People from Canada to Germany have contributed their signatures and the international dimension is welcome.
